Enter through the original Front Door and you are in the wide Hall which runs the full depth of the house with all the major rooms accessed from this central feature!
The floorboards have been stripped, sanded and polished with a central carpet runner that is of the same carpet as that used in the Lounge and Library areas. Viewed from the front there is a feature archway just over halfway along the Hall with a stained glass window set into the fanlight over the door to the Sunroom.

The large lounge, complete with open fireplace leads through a full span arch to the library area. The total floor space is covered with carpet.
The fireplace has a polished wood mantle and the hearth and fireplace surround are finished in slate. The hearth is set into a polished wood coping which is capped with a brass rail.

The Sunroom overlooks the rear garden through the full wall of windows. The windows are all fitted with wind-out closures so that they may be opened to allow for cool air flow on warmer days. This makes an ideal area for the TV so that it may be viewed without imposing on all the household! It has magnificent natural light that makes it the favorite spot for the craft or hobby activities!

The floor is the original 150mm hoop pine that has been stripped & polished to reveal beautiful honey coloured timber; it is finished with a central carpet square to provide that warm feeling!

The ensuite to the Master Bedroom is a large & functional area with a pedestal washbowl & toilet both in ceramics by Porcher - it is finished with a glass shower & mirrored wall cabinet. All fittings are of quality chrome in "Georgian" style whilst the flooring is large Provence ceramic tiles.
This room has a large plate glass window in the entire exterior wall which has a pull down "Verasol" type blind which allows for a clear view out whilst inhibiting anyone looking in from the outside.

The guest bedroom is a large & spacious room with 2 sets of french doors accessing the verandah - one to the front & one to the side. It has a built in wardrobe with both hanging & shelf space. The hoop pine floor has been stripped & polished.

There is also a spare bedroom that is large enough for a single bed & a fold out sofa (double). It has French door access onto the side verandah.
